Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC AND CANADIAN SHIPPING

All orders will be processed within 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped an email will be sent with your tracking number.

****All carriers are advising their customers of possible delays due to Covid-19 so please keep this in mind when ordering. ****

Delivery delays after the package has been picked up by the carrier, should be addressed to the carrier. Tracking numbers will be sent with all purchases unless your delivery method is hand delivered or scheduled for curbside pickup. We will also do our due diligence to keep an eye on all shipped orders. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking numbers to show up in the carriers system.

We can not and will not ship to P O Boxes. Should your order contain a ship to P O Box. Someone from D2Kreationz will give you a call to obtain a physical address.

Customer will be responsible for taxes, duties or other non routine shipping charges for all orders outside of the Continental United States. Should you need them they will be billed separately and charged to your method of payment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are currently not shipping orders international. This may become available in the future.

LOCAL DELIVERY AND CURBSIDE PICKUP

Local delivery is available for all orders over $50 in the Austin and surrounding areas for an additional fee of $15. Local deliveries go out between 10AM to 7PM Monday through Saturday.

Curbside pick up is available between 10AM and 7PM Monday through Friday and Saturday by appointment. Please call ahead to let us know you are on your way or schedule your pickup.
